Can I buy medicine without a prescription?
Yes. Over-the-counter and first-aid medicines can be bought after a short consultation with the pharmacist. Prescription-only medicines require a prescription; bring yours and the pharmacist will dispense it and explain how to take it.
Do you serve international visitors? Is tax refund available?
Yes to both. Tax refund (TAX FREE) is available for international visitors — just show your passport when you pay. We use English, Japanese and Chinese signage along with translation, and if you simply show a photo of the product you need, we will kindly guide you.
